Corporate Social Responsibility is inseparable from the Company’s operational activities.

The implementation of CSR programs involves the participation of citizens, employees of the Company.

CSR programs are linked in several aspects such as environmental aspects, employment aspects, occupational health and safety, social and civic aspects and aspects of product responsibility.

The Company strives for the community surrounding the location of the office and factory through the development and empowerment of local communities.

The Company has omplemented a Safety Management and Employee Safety Management System by obtaining the OHSAS 18001:2007 certificate.

The Company strives to create a safe and healthy work environment by:

1. Improving Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) in accordance with government regulations and standards (SNI)
2. Adding and adjusting safety
3. Safety patrol
4. Safe
5. Additional safe smoking area of the production process.

The Company gives priority to recruiting its employees from the nearby areas and institutions of higher learning in Jakarta.

We also provide training to upgrade their competencies.

As part of the Company’s role in educating the next generation, the Company goves recognition/scholarships to our employees’ children that had perfomed well at all shcool levels.

The Company has implemented ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System and actively particapte in preserving the environment around the Company by among others:

1. Waste disposal in accordance with regulations
2. Tree planting within the Company

To improve the current environmenally friendly pattern by applying the 5S/5P program in the factory environment, in addition to the production process has been using powder coating painting system and use clean and environmentally friendly gas feul.

The Company also participates in religious festivals by giving sacrifices to communities around the Company’s location.

In addition, the Company also provided assitance to victims of the earthquake in Lombok and victimsof the earthquake in Palu.

Implement partnership program with small business enterprises like workshop etc.

The Company is reponsible for the products produced anf provides after sales service and component availability.
