The posision of Corporate Secretary of PT Lion Metal Works Tbk is held by Sukmawati Syarif SE, an Indonesian citizen, 52 years old, domiciled in Tangerang City. She was appointed as the Corporate Secretary since 1996 until now.

She is graduated of the Faculty of Economics from the University of Tarumanagara, Jakarta. Previously worked as Supervisor Auditor (1986-1992) at Drs. Thomas SW Public Accountant. Since 1992,she worked at PT Lion Metal Works Tbk.

The role and responsibilities of the Corporate Secretary as follow :

  1. Monitor the development of the Capital Market notably the prevailing Laws and regulations in the Capital Market.
  2. Provide inputs to the Board of Directors and thr Board of Commissioners on matters related to compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations in the Capital Market.
  3. Act as a liaison officer between the Company with shareholders, with the Financial Services Authority and with other stakeholders.
  4. Assist the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners in matters related to the management of corporate governance, invluding:
    • Information disclosure to the public, including the availability of information on the Company’s website.
    • Submit reports to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in a timly manner.
    • Organize the Company’s General Meetings of Shareholders.
    • Organize meetings of the Board of Directors and/or the Board of Commissioners.
